How it works

Below the surface, measured.

How micro-infusion works, what the 0.5 mm head does, what goes into the serum, and the five-minute routine. Precise, so you know exactly what you are buying.

01 · Micro-infusion

Most serums sit on the surface. ViLavo starts just below.

0.5 mm needles open temporary micro-channels just below the surface, so the serum starts there instead of resting on top.‡

03 · The formula

Know what goes into it.

Signature compound

Lead ingredient

The four-ingredient blend the serum is built on, measured into every vial.

Ingredient notes

ViLavo's signature compound is the serum's four-ingredient blend: caffeine, GHK copper peptide, adenosine and a lead active, measured into every vial so each session gets the same dose.

Caffeine

Methylxanthine

Familiar for a reason. A staple of scalp-care formulations.

Ingredient notes

Caffeine is well tolerated and pairs cleanly with the rest of the formula.

GHK peptide

Tripeptide

A three-amino-acid copper peptide used across skin and scalp care.

Ingredient notes

Included for a healthier-looking scalp surface. Its form and concentration are chosen for stability alongside the other three ingredients.

Adenosine

Nucleoside

A common cosmetic scalp-care ingredient, here for the look of fuller hair.†

Ingredient notes

Adenosine is a common cosmetic ingredient in scalp care. Ingredient research is not a promise about the finished serum.

Transparency, by design.

We will publish the full ingredient list before the first batch ships. Individual results vary.

04 · The routine

Five minutes. Once a week.†

  1. A man mists the Hypochlorous Prep Mist over his short hair before micro-infusion.

    Step 01

    Prep

Start with a clean scalp. Mist the area you are about to stamp with the Hypochlorous Prep Mist, then let it dry.

  2. A man pours a small vial of blue serum into the clear base vial, its dome cap set aside on the stone.

    Step 02

    Attach

Empty three serum vials into the base vial and twist on a fresh single-use needle head.

  3. A man's hand stamps the ViLavo base vial gently along his hairline.

    Step 03

    Stamp

Stamp gently across the areas you want to focus on for about three minutes. Dispose of the head, cap the base vial, done.

After

Dispose, cap, done.

Dispose of the head. Cap the base vial for your next session, which starts with a fresh needle head. Rinse nothing off; style as usual.

05 · Safety

Does it hurt?

It should not. The 0.5 mm micro-needles open temporary micro-channels just below the surface. Most people describe a light prickling while they stamp. Stop if it hurts.‡

  • A fresh single-use needle head every session, disposed of after use.
  • Prep first: mist the area and let it dry.
  • Use only ViLavo serum with the head.

Skip a session if

  • Your scalp is broken, irritated or sunburned.
  • You have an active scalp condition.
  • You use a prescription scalp product; ask your doctor first.
  • You recently used other scalp actives; pause them for 24 to 48 hours.

06 · Your first 12 weeks

A routine, not a race.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Learn the routine.

Five minutes, once a week. Most people settle on one fixed evening.

  2. Weeks 3 to 8

    Keep the rhythm.

Four sessions a month, a fresh needle head each time. Consistency matters more than intensity.

  3. Week 12 and beyond

    Take stock.

Notice how your scalp feels and your hair looks. Results vary and depend on staying with the routine.†
